Summer Shape-Up
Outdoor Program!
I am excited to announce our newest fitness venture: Outdoor training programs! Now that summer is upon us, my partner, Rudy, and I wanted to move the gym outside to make the most of the Californian sun!
Held 4 times a week (two in the evening and two in the morning) this is an athletic program designed for all ages and fitness levels.
Rudy and I wanted to separate ourselves from the other outdoor pursuits by being able to offer specific training techniques such as dynamic stretching, sports specific drills and functional training.
We restart the program every six weeks, but you are welcome to join in at any time. We have been able to keep the costs low, so you can either pay per session or for a six week block (12 sessions).
Our participants have been excited and motivated by our program. Mary Hopkins, 60 says: "I enjoy this workout. Lynda is my trainer in the gym, but I like the group setting in the park too. I really need the stretching and flexibility exercises". Susanne Hayek, 40 says "It is a vigorous workout and I have seen great results in my body and my overall fitness." Victor Petit, 32 adds "Having two specialized personal trainers design and teach this workout seems to be the best scenario. The work out is hard, but they always offer modifications to suit all levels of fitness. I have participated in a Bootcamp before, and I did not enjoy being yelled at, or feeling pressure to push myself harder than I should".
