Liberate Personal Training was founded
in 1998 with the view of supplying an educated, consistent, and above all, safe personal training service.
Our fitness programs are designed to achieve all of the goals of an individual in the most effective method. There are many personal training techniques available and Liberate endeavors to select the safest and most appropriate protocol. As well as implementing the basic training components such as strength training and cardiovascular conditioning, Liberate staff also concentrate on a "Total Lifestyle Training" method. This style of training involves an assessment of an individual's lifestyle and the affect it has on their overall wellbeing. A training program is then formulated based on their needs. The Total Lifestyle Training method was devised by, and is unique to, Liberate Personal training.
