Bridal Bootcamp is here!

So you’ve got the perfect man and the perfect dress but there’s a problem…you need to get into shape. NOW! You have three months until the most wonderful day of your life and you don’t feel your best.

In that case, Bridal Bootcamp is for you! This 6 week intensive course is designed to get you into the shape of your life. We go back to basics to transform your body and help you fit into your beautiful dress. Using a combination of basic and advanced training techniques, such as calisthenics, plyometrics, drills, weight training and hiking, this program has been proved to be effective for all levels of fitness and health. If you follow the program, you will see changes in your body within the first 6 weeks. Participants are requested to attend three sessions per week for 6 weeks. Sessions are held for one hour. The special one on one treatment that you will receive will prove to be wonderful and productive stress relief from the whirl-wind of planning a wedding.


Bridal Bootcamp has three formats to choose from:

Package 1

  • 6 weeks of hourly personal training sessions (18 sessions)
  • Diet Guide
  • Fitness Evaluation

Package 2
This semi private personal training program allows the bride and up to 3 friends to train together. A great wedding party activity! This is a 6 week program. Please contact Lynda for prices.

A few words from a current Bridal Bootcamper:

I love this program! I am into my 7th week and I have just had my re-evaluation. I have lost a total of 5.5 inches from my body and 5 lbs in body weight. I am so excited! My problem area has always been my waist and abdominal area and that is where I had the greatest inch loss (2.5 inches). I am now comfortably back into my skinny pants!

The work-outs are tough but I’ve not been too sore and I think this is because of the variety. We do lift some weights but the majority of the work out is strenuous exercises using my own body weight and that really makes you work up a sweat. I have noticed that my stamina has improved and as I am under a tremendous amount of stress, I have found that this helps me to focus and manage my stress a lot better.

Lynda is a great trainer and a patient person but don’t be misled, she is a relentless task master who does not let you quit, so beware! I think it’s because she British!! Good luck!
