The time has come for personal training to enter the Information Age.  Liberate Personal Training has joined forces with Fitnessgenerator.com to provide clients with online personal training (OPT).

 

OPT is a convenient and cost effective method to receive professional, educated and custom-made personal training. You will receive a tailor-made workout that you can take to your own gym and use accordingly.  Your trainer will schedule your workouts and be available by email for questions.  The initial workout is available with animated demonstrations online as well as a printable workout.  The variations are endless as you can order different workouts for different days of the week.
