personal training. You will receive a
tailor-made workout that you can take to
your own gym and use accordingly. Your
trainer will schedule your workouts and

The initial workout is available with
animated demonstrations online as well
as a printable workout. The variations
are endless as you can order different
workouts for different days of the week.
